What is Thule’s key number?
If you have your Thule keys and would like to purchase extra keys, the number can be found on the key itself as well as on the exterior of the lock core. Thule key/core numbers start with an “N” followed by three digits. You can stop by your local Rack N Road store to purchase extra keys and cores. Keys can be ordered either here or at your local Thule dealer. If the barrel has no stamped number you need to either visit a dealer and try possible keys or use a locksmith to take out the lock. Once the lock has been removed you can get a new set of Thule One Key locks.Replacement keys, or lock cylinders to match your current cylinders can be ordered directly through the Thule. Keys and Locks page . You will need the N### code printed on either the key or lock you are trying to match. To install a new lock cylinder, you will also need an installation key, part number D1252.Replacement keys can be purchased from the Thule. Keys and Locks page. If the key code number is not present on the lock cylinder and you do not know the code, you may be able to visit a local Thule dealer for help in determining the matching key number.This range of keys runs from 001-200, N001-N200 & N001R-N200R. There is no Master Key but a Barrel Remover Key D1251 is available.
