Gallade, Scyther/Scizor, and Zangoose are the best pokemon, imo, to use False Swipe. They can all learn sword dance by leveling up, so you can even take down really high level pokemon without too much difficulty. Absol and Gallade both learn Mean Look and False Swipe. These are also the only Pokemon from previous generations that have access to this combination so far. We haven’t discovered all the movesets for everyone yet, but it’s not entirely likely that more pokemon will have access to this combination.
