Can you swim in Tallington Lakes?

Tallington Lakes have a dedicated open water swimming lake which is fed with clean spring water. Sessions are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday between April and September. The lake is marked out with orange marker buoys and the circuit is 750m. A tow float is mandatory for all swimmers.
