Under normal conditions, we recommend that single flyers weigh at least 120 pounds. All flights, single, tandem or triple, should not exceed 400 pounds. THESE WEIGHT LIMITS CAN CHANGE depending on wind conditions. For the safety of our flyers, the captain has the final decision. To ensure a safe flight for passenger and pilot, the total weight is limited and depends on the take-off area and the wind conditions. Therefore we have different weight limits for the different tandem flights. Up to 80kg/180lbs all launch sites / flights. Are you heavier than 100kg/220lbs?Minimum weight required to parasail alone is roughly 150 pounds. The maximum weight for one person is 300 lbs. If the flyer is less than 150 pounds, they will need to fly tandem with someone else, not to exceed approximately 450-500 lbs pounds combined weight.If you’re a passenger, the tandem paragliding weight limit usually ranges between 242 – 264 pounds (110-120 kilograms). This allows for a maximum limit of 485 – 529 pounds (220-240 kilograms) for the pilot, passenger and any equipment being carried.The minimum weight to fly alone is 40 pounds, but it varies depending on wind and water conditions. The maximum combined weight limit is 600 pounds. This depends on weather conditions as well. The minimum age to fly or ride along is now 4 years old due to new insurance restrictions.
