What is swimming in short?
Swimming is the self-propulsion of a person through water, such as saltwater or freshwater environments, usually for recreation, sport, exercise, or survival. Swimmers achieve locomotion by coordinating limb and body movements to achieve hydrodynamic thrust that results in directional motion. To avoid becoming heavy when wet, bathing suits are lightweight and do not absorb very much water, making it easier for a person to swim. Generally, a swimming suit is tight fitting and will not impair vision or breathing unlike t-shirts or cover ups.
