Bubble is a decent move, but is inferior on Greninja. Feint Attack is slightly better on offense, but can only pair with Night Slash. Hydro Cannon* is Greninja’s best Charged Attack by far. Surf is a good move, but is a significant step down from Hydro Cannon. Water attacks are weakest against Water, Grass, and Dragon Pokémon. Bubblebeam is more than three times as damaging as Bubble and so is worth the upgrade if you are interested in keeping a Speed-lowering move. It does have 10 fewer PP than Bubble, but 20 PP is still a lot.
