Is soak a TM?
Not a TM, HM or Move Tutor move. TM’s CAN be forgotten. This way, they won’t be completely lost after you use them. Alternatively, you can duplicate them (either through Cheat Cartridge (preferred) or Missingno. Many of the TMs are largely useless.If you replace a TM move it stays in the remember list so you don’t need to use another TM.
