Both great machines but the gtx is the cts v of the sea IMO. Sea Doo is better performance for less money as long as you don’t care if it floats. Yamaha or Kawasaki is better for reliability, but Seadoo has better models, and the only issue with reliability on the Seadoo is the carbon seal. So trade offs: Yamaha tends to be more reliable, but does not have as many bells and whistles as a Seadoo (for the most part). I would recommend getting in mind what you plan to do with the ski, and do some research. Some models are better for lakes over open ocean, and some are easier to maintain than others.
