What to wear for night kayaking?
We recommend synthetic fabrics or polyester blends so I wear this quick dry T-shirt and my leggings. For night tours, we always recommend an additional layer over whatever shirt you are wearing to keep warm on the water so I wear these puffy jackets. Also, rain and snow pants recommended but not required. When preparing for the tour, make sure your outfit doesn’t expose your skin too much. You want to keep yourself covered in case of mosquito bites and dress for water temperatures at night. Wear warm clothes (pants and long-sleeved shirts) and carry a change of clothes in a waterproof bag.
