Can kids Flyboard?
We always recommend that the flyer grab their life vest around the neckline area in order to reduce the chance of them getting off balanced. Myth: You’re too old to fly. Fact: There is no age limit. The best spots for Flyboarding in Goa are located along the North Goa coastline, particularly around Baga Beach, Calangute Beach, and Candolim Beach. These popular beaches are well-equipped with professional instructors and the latest Flyboarding gear to ensure a safe and exciting experience.There are no age or height restrictions with fly boarding however you must weigh at least 45kgs and not exceed 130kgs. Any lighter than 45kgs and you will not be able to control to upwards thrust.Visitors below 12 years cannot participate in Flyboarding in North Goa. Adult tickets are applicable for visitors visitors aged 12 years and above. INR 500 is charged for extra adult accompanying with traveler who have booked activity. Boat and kayaking is complimentary for them.
How does flyboard work?
A Flyboard rider stands on a board connected by a long hose to a watercraft. Water is forced under pressure to a pair of boots with jet nozzles underneath which provide thrust for the rider to fly up to 22 m (72 ft) in the air or to dive headlong through the water down as far as one is willing to go. The Flyboard is attached to a Jet Ski with a 55-foot hose. The power of the Jet Ski is used to propel water through the hose, and the user is able to control the navigation with heel/toe pressure! Your Flyboard experience will include a 10-minutes of instruction and 20-minutes of flight time!It is also a relatively safe activity, as the participant is always connected to the jet ski by the hose and is supervised by a trained operator. However, it is important to follow all safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable flyboarding experience.
