How do I go to Ponnumthuruthu Island?
The only way to reach Ponnumthuruthu Island is by a short boat ride across the Anjengo Lake. The boat journey itself is a delightful experience, offering panoramic views of the backwaters, mangroves, and the distant shoreline. Ponnumthuruthu is an island which is situated about 12km south of Varkala.
