How do I reset an iON?

Why isn’t my ION speaker connecting?
Ensure that your phone, or other device, is not connected to it. If your phone or device is connected to the Secondary speaker, disconnect from your phone’s Bluetooth settings and, if possible, select Forget Device to be sure. Turn the Primary speaker back on and allow it to connect to your device. There are a variety of ways to have this problem addressed. Can I pair two Ion speakers?

Once a link has been established, the Link icon will remain on the Display. Press and hold the Stereo-LinkTM / Repeat button on both speakers to enter Stereo-LinkTM mode.
