Sessions are available for swimmers of all abilities with a good level of water confidence. Lee Valley White Water Centre The Olympic Course provides 300m of challenging grade 3/4 white water and the Legacy Course 160m of grade 2/3. Paddle UK have set up a Regional High Performance Centre on site and Lee Valley Paddlesports Club are also based here.
