Anyone can shop at any REI store, on REI. A free REI Online Account makes shopping faster and more convenient. An REI Co-op Membership means you are entitled to many member benefits. If you are close to an REI store, you are welcome to return it in-store for free. You don’t need to start the process online before going to the store. Find your local store.
