According to trailgoers, Pirate’s Cove is usually very busy. January to November is the most popular time of year to visit Pirate’s Cove. Pirate’s Cove Beach is a very special place, for those who can find this hidden gem of a place in coastal Newport Beach. I’ve been to this beach a few times and it seems every time I go during the warm months, there is some kind of wedding ceremony or baptism or company bonding day or something going on down there.
