Where will equestrian Olympics 2028 be held?
We’re pleased to announce that Equestrian will be making a return to its 1984 venue for the 2028 Games. For the first time, all equestrian events will take place against the scenic backdrop of the San Gabriel Mountains at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, CA. Jumping, dressage and eventing – the Olympic equestrian disciplines since 1912 – will be part of the competition at the Los Angeles 2028 (LA28) Olympic Games.Will equestrian events be at the 2028 Olympics? The IOC works one Games in advance so the sports programme for the 2028 Olympics has already been locked in, including equestrian events. But it has the power to remove any event if it wishes and will review formats and quotas after Paris.On the horizon is the 2028 Olympics, when once again the vintage venue will play host for all of the global event’s equestrian competitions.
