Is the Fish Pro good for fishing?
Built for the occasional angler with an active lifestyle, the FishPro Scout is an ideal blend of affordable fishing and family fun. With a livewell, anchor system, fish finder, trolling mode and more, the FishPro Trophy delivers the ultimate fishing experience, whether offshore or on the lake.
What makes the Sea Doo Fish Pro unique?
FishPro Sport makes it easy to chase fish in places boats can’t go. Compact, agile and fully equipped with features like a cooler, rod holders, Garmin GPS and trolling mode, it delivers serious fishing performance in a highly versatile personal watercraft. The Sea-Doo Fish Pro line includes multiple trims—Scout, Sport, and Trophy—designed specifically for fishing. Most Fish Pro models are powered by a 1630cc Rotax engine, delivering either 130 horsepower (Scout) or 170 horsepower (Sport/Trophy), giving you the right balance between fuel efficiency and performance.
What is the top speed of the Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy?
The 170hp engine sensibly prioritises range and reliability over acceleration and top speed. The engine reaches 7200rpm for an 47. Eco mode reduces this to 5000 rpm and 27 knots (50km/h). But if you use that power, you’ll burn gas faster. Not sure what the top speed differences are but, the 170 is supposed to hit around 56-58 mph.The 170 hp boasts naturally aspirated punch with optimal fuel economy. Both 230 hp and 300 hp supercharged versions allow you to level up the performance to your liking.
