Is StarBoard material waterproof?
King StarBoard® will not rust, delaminate or rot when exposed to UV, humidity or water. It is ideal for a variety of marine applications from replacing wood, to building boat components and furniture. Mechanical fasteners is the best technique for joining King Starboard® ST. Mechanical fasteners and hardware should be stainless steel for all outdoor and indoor wet area applications to avoid rust and corrosion.
