It is hard, but accessible to anyone. I had very little sup experience before my first class. Now i have to do it on my own since no one teaches sup yoga regularly in my area. It’s way more fun with a group. I’ve been working on handstand for years, but still can’t get more than a second or 2 of hang time. Embrace the unexpected: sup yoga is less controlled than an on-land practice. Your board can drift this way and that, a sudden wave may set you off balance, and you may fall in. Try to be ok with that and recognize that, just as in life, you cannot have complete control over everything that will happen.
