Ensure your elbows are bent at 90 degrees over your hands. Lift your knees off of the board and stretch them out with the tips of your toes keeping you steady on the board. The position of the handle is the easiest way to identify the middle of the board, you can then use this as a guide for your feet placement with a foot each side parallel to the handle. Make sure your feet are shoulder width apart and not any wider as this can also cause instability.
