Where is Hyperlite made?
The Hyperlite Mountain Gear manufacturing facility Pierre’s garage straight to the Pepperell Mill Campus. They started in Maine, source all of their materials from the U. S. Maine company committed to making local products that will be used throughout the world. Nearly all of Hyperlite Mountain Gear’s packs are made from a rip-stop Cuben Fiber/Polyester hybrid that increases the fabric’s resistance to strain and deforming under weight, while remaining ultra-lightweight, waterproof and durable. HMG uses Cuben Fiber alone in products that their shelters, tarps and stuff sacks.The response from his initial equipment prototypes were so overwhelming that he created Hyperlite Mountain Gear (HMG), an innovative outdoorsman company who has established a headquarters in Biddenford, Maine specializing in backpacks, shelters, stuff sacks and accessories.

Sports worked with surfboard shapers in Hawaii to design and build the first compression-molded neutral-buoyancy wakeboard, the Hyperlite. Hyperlite Wake Mfg. Redmond, Washington.
