What is Pirates Cove known for?
Pirate’s cove is a hidden beach at the end of a trail with wooden steps leading down to the sand. It started out as a secret spot to bring ashore large stashes of liquor that were smuggled in ships coming into port san luis harbor. Over the years it’s become a local’s favorite and clothing optional beach. If you’re wandering around and still can’t find pirate cove, don’t worry—it happens. There are usually two reasons for this: you haven’t unlocked the island farmhouse and the west island area yet. You haven’t built the beach resort, which is necessary to clear the debris that blocks the way.Pirate havens or Pirate coves are ports or harbors that are a safe place for pirates to repair their vessels, resupply, recruit, spend their plunder, avoid capture, and/or lie in wait for merchant ships to pass by.
